with Pea puree, crispy Pancetta, Ginger cream and micro Herbs

Chicken Liver Parfait with Wonton crisps and Onion Chutney

Butternut Squash & Sage Risotto
with Parmesan shavings, Herb Oil and Cress (v)

Carrot and Ginger Soup (v)



Oven baked fillet of Salmon with Herb Gnocchi,
Broccoli florets, Anchovy and Beurre Blanc sauce

Char-grilled fillet of Venison
with braised Red Cabbage, diced Carrots, Kale and Juniper jus

Pan-seared breast of Pheasant, with Sweet Potato puree,
crispy Bacon, cocktail Apple, Greens and Port Wine reduction

Char-grilled Sirloin Steak (+£5 extra)
with sauteed Mushrooms, Courgette, Potato Dauphinoise and Tarragon jus

Mozzarella, Leek and Pistachio Tartlet
with seasonal salad and Balsamic reduction (v)




Baked Lemon Cheesecake served with mixed Berry compote
