with Quail's Egg, mixed leaves, Radish and grain Mustard dressing

Artichoke, Puy Lentil and Brie Samosa (v)

Leek and Potato Soup with Red Pepper oil (v)



Pan-seared North Atlantic Scallops (+£5 extra)
with Pea puree, crispy Pancetta, Ginger cream and micro Herbs

Pan-seared Loin of Lamb with Lambs Liver, Horseradish Cabbage,
grilled Vegetables, Fondant Potato and Rosemary gravy

Corn-fed Chicken stuffed with Haggis,
served with Chestnuts, fondant Potato and Truffle essence cream

Char-grilled Sirloin Steak (+£5 extra)
with Celeriac slaw, confit Shallot, baby Sweetcorn and Pepper jus

Mushroom Ravioli with wilted Spinach, sauteed Mushrooms,
toasted pinenuts, Parmesan shavings and Herb Chipotle dressing(v)




Lightly spiced Apple Pie served warm with Vanilla Ice Cream

Caramelita Ice Cream

Conference Pear poached in Red Wine syrup

Chocolate and Stem Ginger Flan served with White Chocolate Ice Cream
